NDMP Restore Problem : Netapp NDMP to VNX NDMP

Hi,

  I am Getting error While NDMP restore

Error: Error ndmpagent(pid=320) <Nas box name>: Cannot identify format.

Source : Netapp NDMP data

Destination : VNX box

Master server : Window 2K8 NBU :7.5.0.4

Is it possible to restore Netapp data to EMC box ?

Unfortunately NDMP protocol is not compatible between different NAS vendors.

You can only restore to same manufacturer's NAS device.
