NDMP backup failed

Any one help me please.I am getting follwing error. This backup run for some time and suddenly interupt with following error.

As per Sri

The error is based around mag tape back space file (hence MTBSF) so its related to tape logic so could be down to the tape or the control of the tape.

Might be a bad media/bad drive..

try the backup by freezing L011L4 and if still fails test the backups using another NDMP drive.

is ur Master server and NDMP Agent are at same Netbackup version and patch level if not please verify below TN: For the error below:

SOLUTION/WORKAROUND:

Install the latest NDMP patch to the NDMP agent Media Server.

Could you explain me how can i check the NDMP agent version.My master server version 7.5.0.7. according to my knowledge, we don't install any NDMP agent for the Netapp side. I am using one server for master and media

The TN will nt applicable for 7.x...

can u please share us ndmpagent,bptm and ndmpd error logs..
