kindly assist on how i can use the skip option to ignore errors during a backup.

Hi It is known as an exclude list Connect to the clients host properties - Windows - exclude section and add the files in Wild cards can also be used such as *.tmp For Unix client you create an exclude_list Hope this helps - give more details on your OS and version so I can be more specific

Client Attributes

(if client is not listed add it)

then in the Windows Open file Backup tab

Under Snapshot error control

you can say - if Snapshot error - Abort backup on error

or

Disable snapshot and continue.
