Some years ago (Jan/23/2023 we create a backup and copy1 was created to disk with short of retention and copy2 was created to tape with long retention. Actually the copy2 is the primary copy.
Now we created from the copy2 a new copy to ADVANCED DISK (copy1) and DEDUPLICATION DISK (copy3) both jobs were succefull and the information from the command bpimagelist indicate the copies are there. We can change the disk copies as primary copies using command line and restore information and it work fine.
The problem is the new copies on disks (copy1 and copy3) are not showed in the JAVA or WEB interface on the image "section", We applied differents filters in the grafical interface with the same result.
Do you have any iade about this issue?

Hi @paco2000
Can you clarify what you mean (or what area of the UI) by 'are not showed in the JAVA or WEB interface on the image "section"'.
If you are looking in the catalog section of the Java GUI, you will only ever see one copy of the backup listed (you can see if other copies are available by changing the copy number to the appropriate copy (for you disk copies this would be 1 or 3, as copy 2 is the tape).
If you want to use a different copy for restore, the only way to do that is to either specify the copy number from the command line bprestore command (complex), or change the primary copy to the copy you wish to use for restore. This is because in the GUI NetBackup will only restore from the primary copy.
Cheers
David

it will help if you can attach the screenshot of the UI that you are looking with the selected options
