Hi Guys!
Good Morning,
The more a month I'm having trouble generating the volumetric report using the OpsCenter because the netbackup is not computing the amount of data copied.
Found that, in both is generating the same data, so I believe the problem is not the OpsCenter.
Someone had seen this problem?
Netbackup Version = 7.1.0.4
Opscenter Version = 7.1.0.4
Solved! Go to Solution.

Guys,
Ty all for the help, but managed to solve the problem.

Now, I will explain how i got in solving the problem.
I found that the whole environment that was being affected by the problem used the same Media Server. I checked on the /host properties/media server/snbumediap2.sp.local (MediaServer) and found that the Media/Enable job logging was unchecked. After checking the option (enable logging job), I made the backup test and apparently the issue is resolved.

Your NBU and OCA versions are same though you can have OCA installed wityh higher version.
Try to upgrade the OCA to higher level say 7.5.0.7 and then make sure that your data collection is happening.
Settings ->configuration ->Netbackup->Master server name-> Data collection status
It may very well be the case that the data collection is not running.
Also you can try to restart the services on server. Try a different browser and diffenret client to access OCA gui.

Thanks,
SymGuy-IT
but the problem is that the NBU information correspond with the OCA.

The above job details and screenshot is for the parent job that will never show a byte count or job size.
Where is the child job?
04-09-2015 09:34 AM
Marianne is correct about your screenshot. the parent job doesn't show KBs backed up. if you filter APLIC01_H in the activity monitor you should see more jobs start near the same time as parent job 1218427 which should contain backup data sizes written.
IMO You should follow SymGuys advice and ensure that data collection is working and also consider upgrading your OC to the latest available to you.
Cheers
Dan

Basically I have seen kind of reports when data collection is broken. So I suggested.
Just check and let us know.
