Nbemmcmd -releasecache -machinename doesnt work

Greetings!
While trying to add a new robot i recieve the error saying:
Another device configuratiob already in progress.
The only guide i found to troubleshoot said to do this command on media server. The command finished successfully but still with no results.

bpps -x
on master and media server

Everything works fine by now.
I was trying to configure robot right through the Devices-> Robots-> New Robot , and it didn’t work. Also tried with the tpconfig -new robot and it didn’t work either.
But when I tried the Configuration Wizard (Prefer to use it as a last resort because of a fair amount of loading time) the discovery had finished successfully.
