The most common mistake people make is to edit CLIENT_NAME on the master server or the Windows Admin Console where the restore is started from.

NBU sees this as request for alternate client restore and restore to the machine where the restore is initiated from.

CLIENT_NAME must always remain local hostname - unless you want to perform a redirected restore.

***** Oh wait!  ****

Seems you have actually selected the server name as destination client!

Beginning restore from server utbak1.solint.net to client utbak1.solint.net.

Look for folder /E/jimmy/ on the server....

/telecom/b9/...  looks like Unix filesystem and you are trying to restore to Windows E: drive?

Not supported.
