Need help of error code 71

Hi Everyone ,

I have one window server 2008 r2 where oracle running .

netbackup version : 7.5.0.6

Backup type : incremental backup and weekly full backup . 

getting error on some drive not being backed up . 

Bpcd and bpbkar log attched .

All streams in attached bpbkar log finished with status 0.
There is one error about clearing of Archive bit, but just 'info' type error, not cause for backup failure.

You need to give us more info - which drive letter is failing? Check Overview tab of failed job.
Show us all info in Details tab as well.

What is the policy type of the failing job - MS-Windows or Oracle?
Only MS-Windows policy logs to bpbkar.

If it is the Oracle policy that is failing, there is a typo error in the script name.

The bpbkar log in your opening post has no record of status 71.
Only successful backups.

Create a test policy for these 2 drives, rename existing bpbkar log on the client and run the backup.

Upload the new bpbkar log.
