Presently database is offline. But need to take one time backup.
How we can proceed with.....Also tell me the policy type to select.

Hello,
yes SQL db backup is not possible for offline databases.
Just backup files which constitute the database - that should be one .mdf at least and one .ldf at least. Refer to SQL documentation or consult your dba.
Restore then would be in two steps:
- file-level restore or these files
- sp_attach_db action on these files

Thanks Michal..
Please expain in details... Since client is requested there SQL backups. But those are offline.
Once online what should i select for policy type. Since i am unable to find the MS SQL-Server type in NBU 7.6
