NetBackup 10.2 Install Fail

Hello i`m HWANG

i was install failed to NetBackup 10.2 BYO. i was show https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/27801100-160159492-0/v136704386-160159492 what is Install reference 

Fail Log contains "can`t create NetBackup database".

i already makes Process Account, Web Manage Group & Account, Database Account. How can i to do install NetBackup 10.2 BYO

Fail Log

ERROR: Unable to create/upgrade the NetBackup database. Refer to the log
file in /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/nbdb for more information.
Rerun /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/install_bp when the problem
has been resolved.

Can you attach the /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/nbdb file to a post ?

i see the message in logs

you may have created the users but looks like you didnt created the /tmp/NBInstallAnswer.conf. And you must populate following information in /tmp/NBInstallAnswer.conf

SERVER=primary_server_name
CLIENT_NAME=primary_server_name
MACHINE_ROLE=PRIMARY
LICENSE=license_key
USAGE_INSIGHTS_FILE_PATH=customer registration key file
SERVICE_USER=service_user
DATABASE_USER=database_user

For primary servers, the name that is specified in the CLIENT_NAME= line should match the first SERVER= line.
