I have just inherited a new VMware environment on which we are to configure VCB NetBackup jobs to get full VM and file level backups.
It would appear that the guys who set this environment up have done most of the work. They have installed VCB, and the NetBackup VCB Interoperability Module. NetBackup appears to have been configured properly as per the README-netbackup.html file and there are a couple of VMs in the Policies they have set up for File level and Full VM.
However, I am stumped as to how I can add VMs into these policies! Can someone please describe to me the correct procedure for adding a VM into a backup policy on NetBackup 6.0 and how to add the mount points?
NB: the config.js contains: BACKUPROOT="E:\\MountPoints"; which exists but how do I add these in, in NetBackup?
