NetBackup 6.5.4 duplicating tapes on streamer - problem.

Hello All,

It is my first discussion.

Could You tell me if duplicating tapes are possible using a streamer ?
If yes please send me small how to, because now i do everything that I found in HELP and SYMANTEC, and I have error 830 -> Error nbjm(pid=4344) NBU status: 830, EMM status: No drives are available   

I choose destination to streamer, pool different than original tape, 1 mont longer retension, continue when fail and media owner ANY.

NB 6.5.4, master server Windows 2003 R2 x86 SP2, streamer HP LTO4, SCSI LSI HP branded.

You need to have two streamers for duplicating a tape.

As a workaround you could duplicate the entire tape to disk (if you got the space)  and then onto a new tape.
