NetBackup 7.0 and Windows 12 ( Files only)

I have to install a agent from NetBackup 7.0 on Windows 12.
Have you ever install an agent from netbackup 7.0 on Windows 12, just to backup files ?

Windows 12 will only be supported as from NBU 7.6.

(And probably post-7.5.0.5 patch....)

OK, I know that does not have Support. But Works with 7.0  for a single file backup/restore ?

well, I had use a bigger version client sometimes and I never had a problem with file backups (not system backups).

But I can not say to you anything else but: upgrade to the latest version.

If you use bigger client the results will be unpredictable and you are at your own.
