Hi Community,
We recently perform a NetBackup upgrade from 6.5.6 to NetBackup 7.1, few weeks before we perform a Microsoft Exchange migration from version 2003 to 2010, we create policies just including databases, and relocate backups to disk in orther to allow granular recovery of individual mailboxes, we also take all considerations expressed in the NBU for exchange guide, the executions of full backups has finished succesfully with no errors but for certain reason just few accounts show or allow individuals messages and folders for granular restore.
We observe that just only new accounts (create after the Exchange 2010 migration) show granular contents for restore, the old accounts from Exchange 2003 appears empty.
Some info about the infraestructure:
NBU 7.1 (master, media and clients)
Microsoft Exchange 2010 DAG (a cluster with 3 nodes) policy configured with the actual virtual name, and using VSS snapshots.
If somebody knows where to look or if something is missing in our configuration we'll apreciate your help.
Thanks.

Hello CJACUNAD,
From the bellow document:
"Mailbox's that have been migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 or 2010 are not expandable from the backup image of the database backed up. New mailbox that have been created in 2010 are expandable and recoverable" :
