NetBackup 7.6.0.1 & EMC VNX Snapshots

Hi,

We've tried on a number of occasions to get NetBackup to perform VNX Snapshot (not SnapView) backups however whenever we try we get error 156 errors and get absolutely no where.

Has anyone any experience in using NetBackup and EMC VNX Snapshot backups and if so, how did you get it working?

Have you checked Snapshot Client compatibility list? And the Snapshot Client Admin Guide?

Do you have Enterprise Client license installed on your master? 

What snapshot options have you selected in the backup policy?

Have you checked bpfis log for the reason for snapshot failure?
