NetBackup 7 - Create Synthetic Fulls for VMWare FlashBackup-Windows Policy

I'm running NetBackup 7 on a Windows Server 2003 x64bit system and am looking into configuring Synthetic Full backups. However, I noticed that on all my policies for backing VM's using the "Flashbackup-windows" method that the check box is greyed out.

Does any know if this type of backup is supported for this backup method?

Is there a list of Polcy Type's that support doing Synthetic Fulls?

Policy considerations and synthetic backups
The Synthetic Backup option is available under the following conditions:
■ The policy type must be either Standard or MS-Windows.

So FlashBackup-Windows + synthetics is out.  (But an intriguing concept!)
