Hi,

Please look at the problem;

OS :Redhat7.6

[root@nbu-server]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo)

HBA card model is QLE2692

[root@nbu-server]# cat /sys/class/scsi_host/host*/model_name
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692
QLE2692

After installing nbhba driver on the media server , when I try to list the ports in nbhba mode it gives error, "Error #227: no entity was found".

[root@nbu-server admincmd]# ./nbftsrv_config -nbhba

Installing nbhba driver.
DRIVER_NAME ql2300_stub found.

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/driver/ql2300_stub.ko.3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64 does not exist.

Do you want to create a (recommended) symbolic link of
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/driver/ql2300_stub.ko.3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64 to
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/driver/ql2300_stub.ko.3.10.0-123.el7.x86_64 ? [y,n] (y)
Linking /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/driver/ql2300_stub.ko.3.10.0-123.el7.x86_64 to /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/driver/ql2300_stub.ko.3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64
Uninstalled WinDriver for FT Server mode.
It may be necessary to temporarily unload your QLogic drivers
to free up the ports for the nbhba drivers.

This is an optional step. If you choose not to do this, the
nbhba drivers may not have access to the HBA ports until a
subsequent reboot.

Would you like to unload and reload your native QLogic drivers now? [y,n] (y)

Are you sure you want to unload QLogic driver: qla2xxx? [y,n] (y)
Removing qla2xxx.
DRIVER_NAME ql2300_stub found.
Installed driver for nbhba mode

[root@nbu-server admincmd]# ./nbhba -l
0 ports recognized; 0 target mode ports; mode : driver in nbhba mode
