How to troubleshoot this? Activity monitor didn't load

Check services on the master with bpps. You may also want to share all relevant info. Such as where you are accessing the GUI from.

Plz restart bpjobd u wl get activity moniter backup.....

And nbsl too.

Restart bpjobd by executing below command ::

 /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpjobd &

I agree with Marianne

Start with checking all the services on the master server with bpps
You may have more then one important service down.

Im accessing the GUI from the Netbackup Java console, windows.

I'm going to try to restart the services via CLI

Hi All,

I cant see any running backup on the master server, any CLI command that can help me view if there are running backups before I restart all of the services?

Run bpdbjobs command on the master.

Activity monitor is up and running

I just restart all services of NBU on master server
