NetBackup EEB Download Location

Hi all,

I've encountered a NetBackup 8.3 issue involving virtual machine full restoration. I've discovered from this article (https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/article.100048721) that I need to install the following EEB: ET 4014636 to resolve the issue. 

However, I'm not able to locate that EEB installer under the NetBackup 8.3 downloads. Where can I locate the installer?

Hi @karentv11 

If there is no link to download the EEB in either the referenced article nor in the downloads area for the release, then this usually means support want to qualify the use of the EEB before providing it. 

Best (only) bet is to log a support case requesting the EEB with details of the failures. They should then provide this to you for the relevant architectures you need.
