NetBackup Error 5 and 2862 - restore virtual machine disks failed on BU1

Hey together :)

i got an error during i tried to restore Hyper V Virtual Disk. I see that he creates the restore Folder "WEB1" on the destination but then the program failed. In Reports i see two different errors:

- str. aborting entire restore : error 2862

- do_hyperv_wmi_restore_disks: returned 5

BackupServer: BU1

Restore VM Name: WEB1

Destination should be: \\BU1\D$\Test

Can anyone help? or do you know where i can find the full logfile ?

Hey

why do you restore to UNC path? I would have tried with d:\test on BU1 - set as desitnation client....

Please include more details like

NBU version, policy type, full restore log etc...
