There is something strange i have observed about NetBackup after upgrade. Need somebody to test and let me know if that is possible to make work.
Issue: NetBackup Restore from Media Server 7.7.3 to Client 8.1.2 Fails with SC 2820
Enviorment:
Master Server: NBU 8.1.2 with RHEL 7
Media Server: NBU 7.7.3 with SUSE Linux 11.3
Client: NBU 8.1.2 with RHEL 6.10

Standard policy restore error (2800)
Here the error code says about whilelist path but whitelist path is correctly set and also if we check logs it shows as whitelist path found. But still fails.
While list path is set as below also ALTPATH folder presents on /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/

Please let me know if there is any way we can make this restore work. It can be a version issue but if it is how my backup works from 8.1.2 client to 7.7.3 media server. Please advice.
