I created a spreadsheet that can generating commands to create and modify NetBackup policy configuration.
Now(Mar 24 2013), this sheet is based on NetBackup 7.5, but you can disable each attribute options to fit the commands to your version.
I hope this greatly helps you.

Seems you just fill the blanks in , policy name etc ... and the command appears near the top of the page automatically.
Funnily enough, I was writing a script (unix) to do the same thing, but I won't bother now .... as this is more useful.

I found some bugs, and fixed the sheet now.
Thank you, Marianne and Martin.
Artcle is in process of approval now, but it is same with the first post here for now. I will update the article with instructions later.

Looks good - suggest putting a note somewhere in it that its for NBU 7.5, I suspect 7.6 will be out within 3 months and usually things change. I had to fix some of my scripts going 7.1 to 7.5
