So in our environment, we created a new vault profile under vault management because we are getting a blank report for tapes to be sent offsite and the veritas support said that the profile might be corrupted.
After we created new vault profile and sessions, we are now unable to receive the list of tapes that are coming on site or for reuse as its past its retention period. My question here is since we created a new vault profile, will it be able to carry the database regarding the retention periods of the tapes which was previously on the old profile?
