Hi All,

Please suggest.... NetBackup do not write any data for a particular client ...when I checked at client end i found no.'s of bpclntcmd and bpcd processes running in the task manager and causing low paging pool . Please refer the attachment . NBU master version 7.0.1 (windows 2003 std ) ; Client is also running on 7.0.1.

Every time it ends up with server reboot .

As pointed out 7.0.1 is very old now - you really need to upgrade for lots of reasons

Hung processes are usually a sign of anti - virus causing issues - make sure you have all exclusions set and if you are using McAfee then also diable the firewall driver

Hi,

Someone recently posted the same issue.

You might want to patch your environment, 7.0.1 is very very old.
