I tried to do a netbackup update to our media server and the install was interrupted before the update could be completed, I already renamed the netbackup.dll file and retried with no luck does anyone have any ideas?
rename the dll
copy the install files to a local drive (like c:\temp) and install from there. Remove when done.
right click the launch and choose run as admininistrator
if that does not work then drill down to pc_clt and find the setup.exe and right click that and say run as administrator.
