Netbackup 7.0.1 failed to clean up expired images

Hi,

My client is using 7.0.1 and have problems on deleting expired images.

Went through the log shows "Cleanup job exited because parent process died."

I found a Tech aritcle saying that it is a bpdbm bug : TECH156609 but I cannot find the suggested solution about the bpdbm bundle ET2275079.

Can anyone please show me some light?

Either contact Symantec Support and reference tech note you found to get a EEB for the issues. Not all EEB are released into the public. Or upgrade to 7.1 or 7.5 if possible.
