Hİ ,

if you use "restore individual folders and files to different locations" tab. you need to add your file name to new destination path.

for example,

file name is deneme.xls. your destination directory is "c:\restore " . you should add your file name "c:\deneme.xls" and start restore. your problem will be solved.

OR

you need to use "restore everything to a different location. Yu will choose a path on destination client.

Which OS on Client, master and media server? One common problem is when a user thinks that the name of restore client must be added to the master's Client_Name. This will cause a redirected restore to the master. If we know which OS on all NBU components, we can tell you where to look. In the meantime, create bprd log folder on the master server for further troubleshooting. Restart NBU after creating the folder.
