We are running Netbackup 7.5.0.5 in a Windows environment.
Is there anyway to Automatically delete the jobs in a Done Job state from the Activity Monitor?
I just ask cause we have a lot of SQL servers and for each database it creates a job. Combine that with VMware, SLP, and remote site jobs, there's over 10,000 jobs in Activity Monitor daily and gets to be a pain clearing out the successful jobs manually.
We use OpsCenter for reporting so I'm not too worried about the successful job, just want them cleared out.

See http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH24317
Create two registry entries to change from the default number of three days that is viewable in the Activity Monitor.
a. KEEP_JOBS_SUCCESSFUL_HOURS: This will adjust the number of hours successful jobs remain in the Activity Monitor.
b. KEEP_JOBS_HOURS: This will adjust the number of hours all jobs that do not end in a Status Code 0, remain in the Activity Monitor.
(See TN for HOWTO)
Hope this helps!
