Netbackup 7.5 ERR - Cannot open file

I explain I have netbackup 7.5 with two robots, the robot 1 is correct, but the robot 0 is change the Drive, and this right from the console of the library, so I've implemented several procedures and commands as robtest, but it keeps coming the red image.

This is not an issue with the robot. This is an issue with database files that seem to be included in normal file-level (Standard ) policy. Databases and database logs must be added to exclude_list on the client. Use db2 agent to backup the databases and logs.
