Is there a netbackup 7.5 agent for an ESXi 5 host ?

There is no agent for an ESXi host. VMware no longer allows third-party installs in the ESX host, plus the ESXi versions don't technically have the console with which we could install, anyway.
VMware I think would say the host should just be reprovisioned. The VMs themselves most likely are on a external datasatore and would be running on other ESX hosts during this down time.
The following is from a previous case:
NetBackup protects your virtual machines and vCenter server in vSphere environment. VMware recommends using host profiles to capture and manage ESX/ESXi configurations. Host Profiles eliminates per-host, manual or UI-based host configuration and maintains configuration consistency and correctness across the datacenter by using Host Profiles policies. These policies capture the blueprint of a known, validated reference host configuration, including the networking, storage, security and other settings. These host profiles are managed at the vCenter server. Since NetBackup fully supports protecting a vCenter server, your vSphere environment is fully protected when you use NetBackup. When you are in need of rebuilding an ESXi host, you can apply its master host profile or its custom host profile from vCenter. More info on host profiles is here: _http://www.vmware.com/resources/techresources/10137 , please talk to VMware support for further guidance.

are you looking to make a backup of ESXi 5 host it self..
or the VMs in the ESXi...?
if you are looking for ESXi host it self i dont think so there is any...
but if you are looking for VMs in ESXi you can go for VADP backups

I was looking to backup the host itself.
Do you know where I can download "NetBackup Plug-In for VMware vCenter" ?

i dont think you can do the backup of host it self..
and for the netbackup for Vmware does not have any plug-in , you just need to have the enterpirse client licence to backup the VMs over the Vcenter or ESXi and start the configurations

If you have Enterprise Client license, you will have VMware policy type on NBU master.
Configuration of VMware backups via a 'backup host' is explained in NetBackup 7.5.0.x for VMware Administrator's Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5605
Support for Virtual environments is explained here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127089

This used to be an option in the old ESX environment installed under the service console, but as the service console is no longer part of ESXi, then this is not possible anymore (plus neither VMWare and Symantec really wanted to support it anyway from memory). Going from a VMWare point of view, if you use host profiles and backup your vCenter server properly, then it's not really needed. You would just re-install the ESXi OS, assign back your host profile and job done and is far quicker and less messy than a restore.
As others have pointed out, the best way to protect your VMs is using the VADP method. Or in certain cases using the NBU agent is best.

In addition to the comments above, ESXi configuration can be done on the command line using
vicfg-cfgbackup
