Netbackup 7.5 backing up of Oracle 12c

Hello NBU Experts!

Good day!

Our customer wants to backup their Oracle 12c but their current existing NBU is version 7.5.

So they're confirming that if they can use NBU 7.6 Client, install in Oracle 12c and Backup it up using their NBU Master 7.5.

Is it possible? Thanks in advance!

Nope. 

7.6 clients are not supported with 7.5 master and/or media servers.

You will need to upgrade.

Oracle 12c-with NBU 7.5 not compatabile and Higher version of client 7.6 and lower version of Master 7.5 is not supportable.

Plan for Master server/client upgrades.
