Netbackup 7.5 pros & cons

I am putting together a proposal for my manager to purchase netbackup 7.5 and 5230 applicance.  I am looking for some pros and cons of the system and hope some of you who have this in place can tell me what you do or don't like about the setup.

Maybe I should rephrase my question?  What did you like about the product or what didn't you like about the product?

Pro -

Can backup pretty much any target OS, so in a mixed environment NBU is flexible.

The product is very mature, stable, and well supported.

Flexible on backup destinations as well, and the OST plugin makes destinations even easier.

Con -

GUI looks like it belongs in windows NT era

Likely costs more than a cheaper, less robust backup suite.

With so much flexibility comes some complexity, a bit of a learning curve.

Great support team

Great reporting (Opscenter)
