I am facing the issue for unable to start SLP (Duplication) backup since last 15 days.
Version : Netbackup 22.214.171.124
OS: Windows 2008 R2
No any Tape drive or library in infra.
All is Pure Disk configured.
Find the below details:
1.Primary backup successfully completed.
2.Primary backupid showing the in queued by using command “nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete –U”
3.SLP job not started and not showing any related job in Activity Monitor.
4.SLP pending job also unable to delete or cancle.
5.Normal bakcup job is working fine.
6.Veritas Technician collected some logs, but not found any error.
7.As per Technician we already upgrade netbackup version from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52
8.Veritas technician also escalate this case to back-line. They collected the required logs, but still not root cause found.
I attached logs for (admin, dbaccess, emm, nbemm, nbjm, nbstsrv)
