Netbackup 7 - Full VM Restore - Restored vmdk has Disk File name 'scsi0-0-<hostname>'

Hello community

When VMs are restored (alternate restore), NetBackup is renaming the vmdk's to scsi0-0-<hostname>. How can we prevent the scsi-0-0?

Unfortunately there is no way to prevent it at this time. This method was originally used as a safety net to avoid potential overwrites during restores to the same data store.

This will be addressed in NetBackup 7.1.
