I am installing netbackup 7 in my test lab and I can't access OpsCenter via Internet explorer. When I finished installing netbackup 7 on my master server there was this error at the end:
Enter the OpsCenter server (default: kenXXXXXXXg):
Registering OpsCenter (kenXXXXXXXg) with NB
Successfully registered
Registering NB with OpsCenter (kenXXXXXXXXXg)
Failed to register NetBackup with OpsCenter.
Check to see if the specified OpsCenter is accessible
Unable to register machine "kenXXXXXXXg" with OpsCenter.
Refer to the log file in /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/nbregopsc
for more information. When the problem has been
resolved, register the machine by executing:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbregopsc -add "kenXXXXXXXg"
NetBackup server installation complete.
Anyone know what might be going on with that error?

So you have an opscenter server installed and setup (what os?)
from a pc in the same domain as opscenter can you get to the console?
OpsCenter need some ports open
25
162
from the opscenter server to the master server port 1556 - if this port is not open you will not be able to set the master to work with opscenter.
As you mention that you are setting up 7 master in the lab, is the opscenter server also in the lab domin? if in different domains you might would need to open that up.
First I would verify that you CAN log into the opscenter gui befor trying to register a master to it.
