In this logs indusual user id not showing.

How to configure netbackup authontication, that will catpured indusual netbackup activity logs and I will closely montor the Who is changes and what?

Also I will plan to install Netbackup console client on indusual after that no one need to login Master server RDP.  They will use his own PC install software for monitor the netbackup jobs.

You have to use NBAC

You have to use NBAC (NetBackup Access  Control) if you wish to get the actual user level as opposed to Admin/ root.

See the NetBackup Security and Encryption Guide  for documentation and steps.

Not sure which version you are on, so here is a link to all docs for all versions.
