Hi There,

I have seen these exact errors before, in our case it happened when someone opened up the admin console, went to the Master Server Host properties, clicked on additional servers and selected one of the servers that were in the list and then clicked on "Make Master".

Please can you follow the below steps to confirm:

1. Click on Start and type in regedit

2. then expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>>>SOFTWARE>>>Veritas>>>CurrentVersion>>>>Config

3. on the right hand side double click on the Server Value

4. Under your Value Data please check if your first entry is "se1-netbackup"

5. if its not then make it your first entry

let me know how it goes, please remember to make a backup of the registry before you make any changes,

Regards,

Slim

Look at the server at the top of the list - it says Media Server.

Activity Monitor, EMM and other services (like Policy Execution Manager,  Request ,Database, etc) only run on a Master server.

Change the connection to the master server.

Thank Marianne,

Can you please guide me more in details how to check and change the connection to the master server?

Thanks,

Thang
