Netbackup C Drive Error

We currently have netbackup 6.5.5 installed on our servers. When we do a full or diff backup from a policy it backs up all drives on the server except the C Drive. if i do a manual backup from the server it works. We have noticed also that on our sys state backups it also doesnt backup the C drive but does backup the system state??

Have you any exclude lists set up for this client?

Presumably you are using the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive & not specifying individual drives?

Can you set up a test policy & try to backup the C: drive that way?

What do you mean by sys state backups? Have you a separate policy with just SYSTEM_STATE directive as a backup selection?

Hi Andy,

We have checked the exclusion list for this particular client and yes the C drive has been excluded with a typo, the dive is backing up now.
