Netbackup Catalog Backup Parent Job

Hello everyone,

as the name describes, i've created netbackup catalog backup policy and started a manual backup. In activity monitor it seems that this job

started 3 other catalog backup jobs.

after some time all other jobs have finished except for Parent one. Details of this activity shows following output

and process seems to stuck forever.

any ideas..???

Netbackup---6.5.6

The first job to start is as you say the parent - this spawns the other jobs and should complete when they do

If it stays running then it is not receiving the status from the other backups so check the bpbrm, bpcd, nbjm (unified)  and bpdbm losg for clues. (or try an All Log Entiries report)

You also need to look for ward as there is not long left for 6.5.x support now
