You guys have got the same error below?

I'm trying to install the client 7.1 on a server and this appeared the following message:

Installing PBX...
Please wait while installation is in progress...
ERROR: Could not install VRTSpbx package
Please see installation log for more details
Installation log located here: /var/tmp/installpbx-21342-020714122819.log

Installing PBX was unsuccessful.
Aborting ...

A failure was detected running /backup/NetBackup_7.1_CLIENTS/NBClients/anb/Clients/usr/openv/netbackup/client/Linux/RedHat2.6/cp_to_client r-netbkp riachu_dbhr /tmp/install_trace.21130

File /usr/openv/tmp/install_trace.21130 contains a trace of this install.
That file can be deleted after you are sure the install was successful.

Please show us contents of both installation logs:

 /var/tmp/installpbx-21342-020714122819.log
 /usr/openv/tmp/install_trace.21130

A common problem seems that DBA's assign port 1556 to Oracle listener which will prevent PBX installation and/or startup.

Symantec has registered port 1556 for PBX use. If this is your problem, DBA(s) will have to change Listener port.
