Netbackup DLO - Users appear duplicate in the console

Hi, have netbackup DLO deployed to backup the laptops and desktop. I have this situation:
I have one user with backup using DLO agent installed in one machine but this user make a log-on to another machine with the DLO agent. In the console I have the same user with two machines. Can I restrict this user to use only one machine?

I have also asked this question and the answer i received from Symantec support was, no you can not restrict to one machine. I have a case where i have help desk and desktop support, who can log into 10+ machines a day and Symantec said i would have to put those users in a profile that does not backup. Not much of a solution.

This is actually a feature and we've used it for desktop migrations - back up from the source machine, replace the desktop, and restore to the new target.  Wait a while and delete.

I've got a script that I run as a Scheduled Task on my DLO server that executes: 
  DLOcommandu -inactiveaccounts -delete -a -days 90

This cleans up the old cruft.
