Hi,

I just want to ask if you encountered this issue.

I already check the volume of the disk if they have enough free space.

Hello,

yes it is also documented in this KB https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100014589

But it does not specify exactly which volume to check. So check free space for (I think first two options are more likely):

- NBU Install directory on Master

- NBU Install directory on SQL client

- Storage Unit disk space

- NBU Install directory on Media Server

regards

Michal

Can you give us more info?
On which SQL server did you open the GUI?
Is the 'SQL host' and 'Source Client' the same?
Does 'SQL host' and/or 'Source Client' match the Client name that was used in the backup policy?

Is the master server name correct that you see in 'Images will be selected from... ' ?

Have you tried to run 'bplist' on the SQL server as well as the master to see if images can be found for selected criteria?

C:\Program Files\NetBackup\bin\bplist -C <client> -t 15 -S <master> -R \

@Hypeka  -@Marianne 's command uses uppercase -S whereas you used lowercase -s.

@Hypeka

Please have another look at the command. The options are case sensitive.

\bplist -C <client> -t 15 -S <master> -R \

-s = start date
-S = master server hostname.

You used small -s instead of -S

You also need to add the '\' at the end of the line.

Hi Marianne,

Please see the result after running commands

Attached image.

What should be the next step after this?

Thank you,

Hello,

@Hypeka , have you checked free volume spaces as I advised?
