Netbackup Liveupdate not working on AIX

I have a live update server setup. Updates work for Windows 7.1.0.3 and Linux 7.1.0.3. I am trying to update an AIX 7.1.0.3 server and it does not work.

I keep getting

09/04/2013 08:05:57 - Info nbliveup (pid=19923152) Successful execution of /usr/openv/java/jre/bin/java -cp /opt/Symantec/LiveUpdate/jlu.jar com.symantec.liveupdate.LiveUpdate -c /usr/openv/netbackup/nblu.conf. Found no updates.

I am trying to go from 7.1.0.3 to 7.5.0.6.

As I mentioned this works for Windows and Linux. So the LU server is ok.

Are you updating a server or client?

I am wondering if this is your issue (which applies to HP-UX and AIX):
