Feature ID = 78 OpenStorage Disk Option +
product ID = 6 NetBackup Enterprise Server

I have same list on a test server, and MSDP works for me. Maybe one of the licenses has recently expired, sorry to ask again, but could you show this:
# bpminlicense -list_keys -verbose | egrep -i "product|platform|disk|type|time|expi"
.
1) Have you recently added a license?
2) If you have recently added a license, then have you restarted the NetBackup Server application on your master server? (Because NetBackup has to be restarted for license changes to take effect.)
