Netbackup Opscenter Download

Hi,

My company has several NB licenses and I would like to download Netbackup Opscenter. The email that I have regarding our subscription  suggesst to post questions here.

so, how do  I download Netbackup Opscenter?

On your certificate for NetBackup you will have a serial number starting with M

Go to https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/control/symc/registeranonymouslicensetoken and enter that serial .. it shoudl let you get to it then

Otherwise via the licensing portal

If you have received recent upgrade notification from Veritas, you can use MyVeritas to download software.

Logon to MyVeritas (using email address used for license purchase)

https://my.veritas.com/

If this email address does not have Veritas account (or previous Symantec SymAccount), Register first.

Once logged in, click on Licensing.

A list of ‘Entitlements’ will appear that corresponds with the list on the License Certificate.

Click on one of the links in Entitlement ID column.

Next, select Files.

The ‘Files’ tab contains the download files.

if you cannot see the entitlement Id, please log a case with customer support and they will fix your entitlement.
