Netbackup Oracle Intelligent Policy Windows client hang

Hi,
i have a backup Oracle on windows client configured with intelligent policy and for few time it's ok. Now the backup write but after some hour it remain in writing status and not fail.

Please someone had same problem?

What's the version of yout Netbackup master and client?

I have seen a couple of issues where the backup of Oracle with RMAN goes OK, but when the recover catalogue is queried about what archives files to store, it hangs because the performance of the recover catalogue is poor.

But it could 1000 of other issues.

on dbclient log file (C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\dbclient) i see that the intelligent policy create 4 ".qcx" files for example:

"bsa_create_comm_files: CreateFile file: C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\user_ops\dbext\logs\vxbsa.1696587629.2252.6632.files.1.qcx"

Session start, i see that these files are created every 5 minutes and dbf files wrote to media server.

Then there are these error for 2 qcx files

Right now the 1.qcx and 3.qcx in error are no longer created, and session continue with other 2 qcx files creation and write to disk.
For Netbackup Monitor view, 2 jobs complete, meanwhile other 2 remain in writing status and hangs

So i think the issue is here, but no found any solution for this error. Someone has resolution for this case?
