Hi All,

Finally the below helped me to get out from this issue.

On the Java Remote Administration Console machine edit the install_path\VERITAS\Java\setconf.bat as follows:

Modify this default setting.
SET NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=60

Change it to:
SET NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=300

After this setting is changed attempt to access the policies. Let the GUI run for a least 5 minutes.

- After changing the NBJAVA_CORBA_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT=300, was able to list the policy.

Thanks alot for all my Guru's.......

Hi,

If you login to the jnbSA on the master using the affected user account, does it work there, or does it also show a blank?

Hi,

Sorry we don't have access to that GUI on Solaris master,  so coulnt check on that server. we are holding limted NB admin rights on master server putty.

Hmmm, would have been a good troubleshooting step. Can't think of anything else now.

You need SOMEONE with access to the master server to create and/or collect logs.

I cannot see any other way to troubleshoot.
