you may want to return off the refresh option on this data temporarily.

I had a look at your previous posts to see if this is a new installation or existing installion where everything used to work well before.
So, it seems to be a new issue on installtion that worked well before, right?
The fact that backups are crashing seems to indicate that this is not only a GUI issue.
What are the error codes when backups fail?
Have you had a look at NBU master's 'general health'?
Specifically resources such as memory and cpu usage (keep 'top' open in separate window to monitor)
and disk space (check output of df -h).
Are all NBU processes running?
Check output of 'bpps -x'
Above output will be a good start before we start digging into logs....

You have 2 processes that are using all of the server's CPU %:
dsm_sa_eventmgr and dsm_sa_datamgrd.
This will most certainly cause everything else on the server to hang/timeout.
