Tell us more about your installation - is this a new installation using the newly released 7.6.0.1?
Whas installation 100% successful?
What is OS version and patch level on the master server?
Have you disabled UAC on the master?
Have you configured any devices, media, etc, yet?
Have you checked Event Viewer logs (System and Appication) for errors?
Have you excluded NBU binaries from AntiVirus software?

I have just Upgraded the netbackup 7.5 to 7.6 .
OS Platform :-Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and we have disabled the UAC.
I have configured only backup to disc.
I have checked in Event viewer logs but i did not get any error code but i got the netbackup services stopped so i have started the services and Netbackup Administrator Console opened succesfully.

Please use this TN to exclude NBU processes from AntiVirus software. McAfee and other AV's have been known for killing NBU processes/services.

Is the same problem occurs before upgrading?? i.e 7.5

Yes but sometimes it opened correctly and sometimes getting warning and still the same issue but it is working fine now.
Any one knows cause of this issue?

NetBackup Volume Manager and Device Manager services will not stay running,
this issue is often caused by a missing entry in the vm.conf file of the server.
So edit the vm.conf file found in the <install path>\veritas\volmgr\ directory.
The entry MM_SERVER_NAME= <server name> might be incorrect, this entry is unique to the server that it resides. Correct the entry and restart the NetBackup services.
and please update whether issue is resolved or not.

NetBackup Volume Manager should always be running on a master and media server, even if only disk is used.
Device Management Service will only run is tape devices are configured.
Check for AV exclusions and double-check Event Viewer logs to see when services go down.
Check that Volume Manager service is set to automatic startup.
When you need to restart NBU services, rather do it from cmd to ensure they are stopped and started in the correct order:
bpdown -f -v
bpup -f -v
(commands are in <install_path>\NetBackup\bin)
