Hello Experts,
In our Windows 2008 R2 Master server NetBackup Web Management Console services are failing with an event ID.
EventID: 0x00001B58 (7000) - The NetBackup Web Management Console service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure
What is this service and what is the use of it?

As per HOWTO9539 - this service is disabled by default. Which means that someone in your environment has enabled it.
The service is only necessary if you want to install and use the NBU plug-in for vCenter.
Please read through HOWTO9539 and Feature Briefing in above posts.

By default, the NetBackup Web Services are disabled on the master server. To allow the NetBackup plug-in for vCenter to communicate with the master server, the NetBackup administrator must enable the NetBackup Web Services.

The service is for NetBackup plug-in for vCenter.

Thanks for the prompt response.
We have Vcenter in our enviornment and backups are find.
What is the impact of this service and how would it afftect Master server if we disable it?
